Kiran Mohanraj
Dr. Kiran Mohanraj is a pavement engineer and project manager at The Transtec Group in Texas. He has over 17 years of experience with pavement materials, testing, design and construction. He received his master's in civil engineering from Arizona State University and PhD from The University of Texas at Austin. His current interests include i) design, construction and maintenance of sustainable and resilient pavements, ii) behavior of asphalt binders and cracking in flexible pavements, and iii) impact of pavements on vehicle fuel consumption and their impacts to the environment.
