Sarah Fischer
Sarah Fischer is a Program Manager on the Beneficial Electrification team at ICF. In her current role, she manages the implementation of Seattle City Light’s Fleet Electrification and Multifamily EV Charging Programs. This work includes designing and implementing the technical assistance and incentive programs, working directly with utility customers to support their charging infrastructure projects, and providing EV industry guidance to utility stakeholders. Prior to this role, Sarah worked at the Electrification Coalition (EC), a national nonprofit focused on driving EV adoption. At the EC, she helped establish the Breaking Barriers Collaborative Fleet Decarbonization Accelerator and supported the Climate Mayor’s EV Purchasing Collaborative in facilitating fleet electrification across the country. She provided technical support to these fleets in the form of fleet analysis, policy drafting, grant writing, analytical research, and training on various EV topics.
