Eric Corey Freed
Eric Corey Freed is an award-winning architect, author, and global speaker. As Principal and Director of Sustainability at CannonDesign, he leads teams delivering over 30 million square feet of low-carbon, healthy, regenerative buildings annually. He previously founded organicARCHITECT and has held leadership roles with the International Living Future Institute and EcoDistricts.
Eric is the author of 12 books, including Green Building & Remodeling for Dummies and Circular Economy for Dummies, with a new book, Frictionless: Overcoming the Drags that Shutdown Innovation, forthcoming in 2026. A LEED Fellow with the U.S. Green Building Council, he has been recognized among the nation’s most influential green architects and sustainability leaders.
